Ed Cetera is a Slovak non-profit powerhouse in international education, Erasmus+ and non-formal learning.

Our work spans project architecture, learning experiences, European networks and communication — all anchored by meaningful participation. We think that last one is the most important.

By blending creative facilitation with meticulous programme design, we craft mobilities that carry people further than a classroom can. We live and breathe European cooperation.

Learning should never stop at a border or an application form — we turn opportunity into real impact.

05 How we work

Four moves, every time.

    Understand

    Needs analysis with the people a project is for, and an honest look at what partners can actually deliver.

  2. 02

    Design

    Objectives, learning outcomes, budget and timeline shaped together, with roles agreed before the deadline.

  3. 03

    Deliver

    Facilitation, logistics, safeguarding and documentation handled with the same care as the content itself.

  4. 04

    Outlive

    Results published, reused and transferred, so the next organisation starts further ahead than we did.

06 Priorities

Five commitments.

Access designed in from the first draft — reserved places, real support measures and recruitment through partners who already reach young people with fewer opportunities.

Digital tools where they genuinely add something: collaboration between mobilities, accessible learning material, evidence that is easy to reuse.

Greener travel, lighter logistics, and content that helps participants act on sustainability at home — not only during the activity week.

Young people as co-designers and facilitators with real decisions in their hands, so participation is practised rather than described in a report.

Stronger systems behind stronger ideas: mentoring for newcomer organisations, clean administration and knowledge that stays in the team.

Twenty years in international higher education as Erasmus coordinator, lecturer and manager. Trainer and facilitator across youth exchanges, training courses and blended intensive programmes, with a focus on youth NEET, graduate unemployment and social entrepreneurship.

Jana Rakus Gasperova

Teacher, facilitator and trainer with more than fifty Erasmus+ projects behind her. Works across non-formal education, project management, marketing, graphic design and dissemination — and mentors young people through every stage of it.

Youth representative

University management student and group leader who brings peer voice into every project through facilitation, intercultural dialogue and hands-on delivery — a direction sparked by her own semester mobility in Shanghai.
